CUSTOM EXERCISE

QUALITY OF LIFE

ABOUT THE STUDIO

Cheshire Pilates was founded in 2005 with the goal of helping people get stronger and more knowledgeable about how their bodies work, so they can move more freely.

WE ARE HERE FOR YOU.

Around the studio, our motto is custom exercise; quality of life because we know that creating custom exercises for you can drastically increase your quality of life.

And although our instructors all came to Pilates via different journeys, we share one very important thing - we’ve all chosen to work at a small, personalized studio that gives us the freedom and encouragement to create bespoke experiences for all of our members.

We also all believe in the power of Pilates to create healing and community.

Great Instructors!

I’ve always found the instructors to be top notch, and they each bring different strengths. When I had a herniated disk, they were so caring and knowledgeable -they really built a strong foundation for me.

I genuinely love the way Pilates makes me feel – physically and emotionally.

Heather is so supportive and helpful.

I cherish Heather for her expertise, gentle guidance while pushing my limits, and for being a really good human. I had private lessons with her before starting classes, and she help me realize I could do Pilates again after a long absence.

She is attentive and really knows her students. Eaven if you miss a few classes, she can remember your practice and help with areas for improvement.

Kathy is awesome.

All the instructors are great but Kathy is above and beyond. She incorporates humor in all her classes and always changes things up. She is always changing things up and pushes you. She always takes the time to help me with my form.
