Energy Healing 

Heather provides Reiki and Crystal Energy Healing, Tui Na- Chinese Acupressure, Guided Meditation and Pranic Healing. Each of these modalities is a wonderful way to support your health, well-being, and connect to spirit.

In your 60-minute session you will receive an energy healing session that will purify, nourish and bring you into a peaceful state. She works with chakra clearing, guided meditation, and breathwork to settle your cellular and nervous system.

Heather has also been teaching Pilates for 14 years. She is well versed in the reformer, Cadillac, chair and barrels. She can work with both injured and rehab clients, as well as teach advanced level classes.
